Espero uma resposta da C.M.Chaves do Sr Presidente , tenho me deslocado a Camara
mas nada sei . Tinha o projeto cultural de criação de uma web page da cidade com o nosso comércio
e industria , a promoção de eventos para dinamizar a cidade , mas parece que ninguém se interessa
pela cidade e dinamizar o comércio turismo e industria a criação urgente de postos de trabalho.
Captar as pessoas para trabalherem em Chaves e não emigrarem para o estrangeiro , devido á fome , impostos e miséria e também o desemprego galopante e assustador .

A realidade é que a cidade cada vez mais se encontra ao abandono . Carros a circular a alta velocidade pela zona história , pedintes de miséria e desgraça na porta dos supermercados , como naquele bem no centro da cidade que é vergonhoso quase que assaltam as pessoas á saida do supermercado .
As lojas da parte histórica vendem pouco e com o inverno a chegar é a miséria completa . Eu já
apresentei a minha ideia e projeto para captar investimento a curto prazo para a cidade de Chaves , mas bem me parece que a certas pessoas não lhes interessa colaborar nem ajudar a cidade che a não entender o porquê dessa decisão . Assim com estas atitudes lamento informar mas a cidade vai cair
num poço sem fundo de miséria e pobreza , nós não temos petróleo nem ouro onde pensam ir buscar
o dinheiro só com mais impostos e pedidos ao governo e novos empréstimos da troyca . Temos o turismo uma excelente ideia para trazer um turismo anual á nossa cidade , não querem aceitar , estou para vêr como isto vai ficar , eu só queria ajudar , mas parece não ser possivel . Obrigado a todos os

Bem serviços até tem demais e 50% , nem são necessários . O meu projeto de dinamizar  a cidade
captava investimento imediato para a cidade , com a criação de novos postos de trabalho . Tentaria
uma parceraia com o Exmo . Sr. Pesidente da Agola numa base de cooperação , para Angola investir em Chaves e promover a cidade em Angola , Russia e USA , fazendo programas quer de turismo
como dando vantagens a investidores na cidade de Chaves , ( bem sentados e ficar á espera penso

este projeto com muito amor e alegria , mas vejo que o interesse é muito pouco . Neste pais quando
se começa alguma coisa que ode beneficiar as pessoas logo é posto de lado , não entendo o porquê
desta mentalidade de Portugal sempre de costas viradas á cultura e desde sempre já o meu primo , pintor João Moniz , com quadros expostos na fundação calouste gulbenkian , onde foi estudar belas artes para Paris porque Portugal não apoia os artistas nem ideias que façam projetar o país e as cidades além fronteiras e não entendo porquê . O meu projeto seria baseado nas novas tecnologias e entrar a divulgação da cidade de Chaves , pelas casas das pessoas , Estamos na era da tecnologia de
ponta onde sem comanda muita coisa até uma casa completa atrvavés de um Smartphone com sistema Android . E Chaves se quer agariar turismo para revitalizar a cidade , tem de olhar para as novas tecnologias , hoje uma pessoa quer um bilhete de avião ou ter conhecimento de um destino que gostava de conhecer que muito bem pode ser Chaves, vai á Internet procurar , e isto é a realidade.

Hoje aqui pela cidade um dia triste com chuva não via ninguém na rua , ou se vi muito poucas pessoas , O povo anda farto de sofrer , e já não acedita em nada . Não há vontade de melhorar
Portugal , fazem o contrário vontade de piorar . O cravo que tanto sonhamos está ferido de morte ao abandono nas pedras da rua , como o país na boca das feras que o devoram lentamente . Ainda
haverá esperança não acredito . O povo está muito triste de os nossos chefes nos andarem sempre a enganar a mentir e ainda nos tirarem aquele pouco que temos para viver é uma vergonha deixem o povo em liberdade .

Em data a combinar , haverá o " fotografar a cidade de Chaves " primeira edição deste passei fotográfico . Haverá concentração de fotógrafos em local a combinar pelas 08: 30 , seguirá um
pequeno almoço á transmontana , folar , pão e presunto leite ou um caneco de vinho regional , café.
Começará então o passeio fotográfico com uma primeira fase de um percurso pelas ruas da zona histórica da cidade , foto das ruas e do castelo . Depois direção á ponte romana com paragem nas Caldas de Chaves para beber um copo da famosa água que sai a ferver da bica , boa para estômago
e problemas nos ossos . Será alongado este tempo pela parte da Ponte Romana com muitas fotos de diversos angulos e as famosas poldras de Chaves ( pedras no rio ) será dado um pr´rmio simbólico ao fotografo que as atravesse a fotografar sem cair ao rio . Almoço pelas 13 Horas num restaurante tipico da cidade muito barato onde tem boa comida um excelente vinho e petiscos , uma pausa para conversa e convivio . Novamente regresso até á cidade para então fotografia livre igrejas , Madalena e Matriz , jardim publico , forte de São Francisco e S. Neutel , pelas 17horas um lanche com despedida , será depois feita uma pausa para conversar sobre fotografia equipamentos e fazer amizades com outros fotógrafos . Resto da tarde livre e jantar em lugar a combinar para despedida e entrega de alguns prémios . Os interessados deverão fazer uma pré inscrição para o meu e-mail :

Este é um projeto que comecei só , pedi a colaboração da C.M. Chaves que ainda não me respondeu nem disse nada , já me dirigi ao gabinete do Sr. Presidente 3 vezes , nem direito a uma resposta .

Escrevi uma carta e nem resposta tive . Afinal pergunto eu qual a preocupação dos

autarcas a criar postos de trabalho e dinamizar o comércio e a industria . sentados nos seu gabinetes ?

Amigos Portugal não produz ouro nem petróleo temos uma riqueza que é a beleza do nosso país e o turismo , mas a oferta é muita e se não há publicidade , podem ficar sentados nos seus gabinetes que milagres só mesmo em Fátima , e com Deus .

Gostava de sentir recuperação económica  mas nada vejo fazerem para isso e quando alguém lhes dá a conhecer um projeto de interesse viram a  cara, será que já faz parte da politica deles não interessar o desenvolvimento local ou regional , fica a pergunta no ar .

Amigos faço aqui um apelo mais uma vez a quem tem voz na cidade a não deixar Chaves cair no abismo . Temos um grande potencial virado ao Turismo , para a cidade de Chaves , é uma cidade muito bonita e tem boa gastronomia transmontana . Agora mãos á obra não é sentado a olhar para o ar condicionado que se consegue trazer industria e turismo para Chaves . Temos que trabalhar para isso , e depois pensarem que gastam bem o dinheiro em obras inúteis , para depois não apoiarem a quem divulga a cidade além fronteiras , eu consegui trazer fotógrafos a Chaves através de fotos e da minha página na web , é bom para a cidade .
o comércio vende , os hotéis alugam quartos . Mas se vou á Camara Municipal dar uma ideia , e pedir alguma coisa para a ajuda do projeto, como compra de lentes e desenvolver mais este projeto , quase que não falam comigo . Um país virado de costas á cultura perde turismo , receitas e economia . é mais que provado que vem com o turismo . Tem que se cuidar bem da cidade , um plano de solidariedade social com as forças de segurança , fica mal uma quantidade de vagabundos , na porta dos supermercados a pedir , as autoridades policiais e a segurança social deveriam identificar essas pessoas e vêr suas necessidades . Fica mal o jardim e a parte junto ao rio Tâmega estar ao abandono , aquelas coisas para beber água não sei o nome não funcionam há anos . Muita poluição e carros na zona histórica onde deveria ser completamente proibido circular de carro e estacionar , essa lei deveria de entrar em vigor na cidade de imediato . è uma vergonha , tanto carro a poluir o centro histórico da cidade de Chaves . Melhorar o Hospital e unidades de saúde .Arranjar emprego para estes desempregados todos , mas para isso tem que se trazer pessoas a Chaves , organizar colaboradores da Camara Municipal de Chaves , envolvidos a 
captar turismo e investimento para Chaves . Entrar por internet pelas casas das pessoas espalhadas
pelo mundo , ainda ontem falei com um senhor que me disse que o unico contacto que tinha com Chaves quando esteve a trabalhar no Brasil era a minha página na internet , isto juro que é verdade.
estou pronto a colaborar com um projeto sério da turismo e investimento para a cidade se projetar no futuro , e não é com a politica antiquada que todos os partidos fazem que se consegue investimento , sabem já há feiras do fumeiro a mais , e isso está mais que gasto . tem de se fazer vir as pessoas a Chaves , como ? simples através da internet , até promovendo workshops de fotografia e outras actividades na nossa cidade . mandando convites por e-mail e uma boa página na net que todos espalhados por Portugal e pelo mundo os fizesse vir até Chaves , não só conhecer que seria bom para o comércio , restaurantes e hotelaria , como arranjar empresas a investir em Chaves . Peço que autarquia dê algum apoio cultural na divulgação de Chaves .
Apoio esse moral e financeiro para aqueles que prestam homenagem á cidade , promovendo a cidade de  Chaves por todo o mundo . Faz muito bem , acaba com o stress , ar fresco no ar , ainda o cheirinho no ar a pão quente que sai das padarias , ir ás lojas aquelas mais antigas falar , com as pessoas , como vai o dia?  posso tirar uma fotografia ?  sabe faço coleção , simpáticamente dizem pode tirar , e a rotina do ciclo diário destas vidas não pára , até um dia passar por esses locais e já não estarem nelas essas pessoas , só ficaram as fotos para mais tarde recordar .
